Sign up for the free Google Analytics account http://www.google.com/analytics

You put in the code of Google Analytics at the bottom of each of your pages (ideally before the </body> tag). You can now track

- how many visits you get
- how many pageviews
- sources of traffic
- what pages they are looking for at your site
- what countries they come from
- among others

Google Analytics - as mentioned above is by far the best solution. I highly recommend it. Many hosts - if they offer a management platform- also include site stats as well. I'm not sure how detailed you want your traffic info.

Best Wishes,
